What kind of training and experience do your technicians have?

Our training program for our technicians is ongoing and never stops! The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) has specific training requirements and testing required to obtain different levels of certification. We strictly adhere to all TDA requirements, and our technicians start as apprentices, test to become a licensed technician, and move on to receiving their Certified Applicator license. We also provide our technicians with access to the Purdue University, a leader in technical education for the pest control industry. Additionally, we conduct monthly training meetings as well as extensive field training.

Are you licensed and insured?

Do I have to sign a contract?

We do not have a contract in the traditional sense. Instead, we use Service Agreements because we believe both parties are agreeing to a partnership regarding your pest control needs. Our promise is to offer top notch service every time, and we back that up with a warranty in exchange for you retaining our service for a year and your home being pest free. Pest control is year round! The best way to maintain a pest free home is prevention rather than reaction.

What do you use to get rid of pests?

Every pest problem is unique and so is the treatment strategy we use to solve the problem. We use multiple types of treatments such as repellant and non-repellant insecticides, baits, traps, and cutting edge treatment strategies.

Is it safe for my family and pets?

All the tools of the trade are shown in the back side of a pickup truck.
We are mindful of the impacts of pests and pest control methods, both on our habitats and ourselves. We err on the side of health, for humans and our animal friends alike. We know that the stakes are high, and we don’t take it lightly. Protecting our environment and families is a responsibility we value and take seriously—we work to be good stewards and utilize the least toxic methods available. All of the products we use are approved by the EPA and the TDA.

Will the pests be gone after the first service?

Sometimes, but it really depends on the type of pests we are treating for! Some pests are pretty stubborn, and we’ll need to retreat your home in a couple of weeks after any remaining eggs have hatched. The best offense to protect your home from unwanted pests is a full, comprehensive, year round pest management program.

What if the treatment doesn’t work?

We offer our customer a warranty so you never have to worry if, after the initial treatment, the pests are not completely gone. Some pest control strategies actually require more than one visit so we can ensure our treatment strategy is working properly.

Prevention is the best method to stay flea free! Sometimes, though, you keep your pets on preventative meds, maintain a well manicured yard, and keep your home in immaculate condition – but you still find fleas! You wouldn’t be the first, or the last – but it can be the last time you deal with fleas if you round out your pest management program with our help. Fleas are one of those stubborn pests we mentioned above. It will most likely take more than one treatment, but you can count on us to eradicate those tiny little nuisances!
