What kind of training and experience do your technicians have?

Our training program for our technicians is ongoing and never stops! The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) has specific training requirements and testing required to obtain different levels of certification. We strictly adhere to all TDA requirements, and our technicians start as apprentices, test to become a licensed technicians and move on to receive their Certified Applicator license. We also provide our technicians with access to Purdue University, a leader in technical education for the pest control industry. Additionally, we conduct monthly training meetings as well as extensive field training.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured.

How much does it cost to come by and take a look at my problem?

Do I have to sign a contract?

We do not have a contract in the traditional sense. Instead, we use Service Agreements because we believe both parties are agreeing to a partnership regarding your pest control needs. Our promise is to offer top-notch service every time, and we back that up with a warranty in exchange for you retaining our service for a year and your home being pest free. Pest control is year-round! The best way to maintain a pest-free home is prevention rather than reaction.

What do you use to get rid of pests?

Every pest problem is unique and so is the treatment strategy we use to solve the problem. We use multiple types of treatments such as repellant and non-repellant insecticides, baits, traps, and cutting-edge treatment strategies.

Is it safe for my family and pets?

Will the pests be gone after the first service?

Sometimes, but it really depends on the type of pests we are treating for! Some pests are pretty stubborn, and we’ll need to retreat your home in a couple of weeks after any remaining eggs have hatched. The best offense to protect your home from unwanted pests is a full, comprehensive, year-round pest management program.

What if the treatment doesn’t work?

We offer our customers a warranty so you never have to worry if, after the initial treatment, the pests are not completely gone. Some pest control strategies actually require more than one visit so we can ensure our treatment strategy is working properly.
